- Odibo Victory
Big Brother Naija (BBN) Season 11 housemate Abisola “Abi” Ayoola has secured her second Head of House win saving her from eviction this week.
Abi secured the title during the Week 6 HoH challenge on Monday, becoming the first female housemate to win the title twice this season.
Her victory came after several elimination rounds that tested the housemates’ physical and mental abilities, including the “Fan-the-Fishes” game.
The contest eventually came down to Abi and Gerard, who faced off in a Sudoku puzzle duel. Abi completed her grid a few seconds ahead of Gerard to secure the win.
Following her victory, Abi became the first HoH this season to have direct access to the HoH Loft, as the usual Lucky Dip arrangement was scrapped.
She chose Temi Nkem as her Loft Mate for the week.
In another major twist, Abi will be eligible to compete for the HoH title again next week, unlike the usual rule that prevents the outgoing HoH from participating.
However, Abi will not have the usual veto or save-and-replace power this week.
Meanwhile, Big Brother cancelled the usual nomination save process after repeated discussions among housemates about nominations, conspiracies and possible saves.
As a result, only Abi and Sheba, who was named the Most Influential Player of the Week, are safe from eviction, while all other housemates are up for possible eviction.
Also, Bells was named the Benchwarmer after a dice roll among Yusuf, Bells, Ricky, Aikou, Nomy and Sheba. Bells rolled the lowest number, one.
The development means the public will decide the fate of the large group of nominated housemates ahead of the next eviction.
