The presidential election petition tribunal has said allegations of rigging leveled against the presidential candidate of the All Progressive Congress and current president Bola Tinubu are vague.
This was as the tribunal on Wednesday said the Petitioner failed to substantiate the allegations of rigging.
Saying that the petitioner failed to be specific in what polling units the alleged irregularities took place, the tribunal said it could not rule in favour of the petitioner on account of such vague claims.
Peter Obi had said that there were irregularities in the results released by the Independent National Electoral Commission, hence, prayed the court to announce him as the winner.
