The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), has stated that the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) personnel arrested on Friday in Kaduna State, would be charged in court at the conclusion of the investigation.
It was gathered that military personnel stormed the Kaduna Command of the EFCC on Friday in an attempt to free some arrested fraudsters.
Meanwhile, operatives of the two security agencies had clashed at the command, leading to the arrest and detention of the NAF officers.
Although they were released on administrative bail, the EFCC Head of Media and Publicity, Dele Oyewale, disclosed in a statement on Saturday that the officers were released to their service in strict adherence to the bail procedure of the commission.
