Minister of Communication Pantami’s Son Kidnapped, Rescued

A son of the Nigerian Minister of Communication and Digital Economy Ibrahim Isa Ali Pantami was on Friday kidnapped.
However, less than three hours after, he was found at a checkpoint in Bauchi.
Al-Amin was said to have been kidnapped where he lives with his grandmother.
It was not clear if any ransoms was paid before his kidnappers dropped him at a checkpoint.
He was said to have been brought back home from Dambam in Bauchi state.
It was learnt that when the news of the kidnap reached the minister, all security agencies were said to have been alerted .
But the police in Bauchi said the matter was not reported.
