Cote D’Ivore on Sunday defeated Nigeria to win the African Cup of Nations.
The Ivorians won by two goals to Nigeria’s one.
Nigeria scored first when Troost-Ekong headed into the net of the Ivorians in the first half of the encounter.
The Ivorians came back into the second half of the match more determined. Their determination and fighting spirit paid off as they put two goals behind the Nigerian Nwabali leading them to victory in the competition.
