Minister of the Federal Capital Territory and former Rivers governor, Nyesom Wike, has talked down clash with the Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) Governors’ Forum as he affirmed that he cannot submit to Fubara.
Wike made the claim while speaking at the Ijaw Peoples Congress held in his honour at Port Harcourt yesterday.
The FCT Minister trolled the PDP governors who had fired back against his threat to cause political unrest in their states for supporting current Rivers governor, Siminalayi Fubara.
“All those who are moving round saying they are supporting somebody, you know it is not correct. You know some people don’t have shame.
“I can’t serve your boy. I cannot serve master and serve boy.
“Now they are not even waiting, they are even rushing after the servant- the boy. They are not even waiting for the boy to call them.
“They are now rushing to the boy. People don’t have integrity.
“Whatever you think they are fighting me. They are not fighting me. I am too big.
“If you don’t recognize somebody who is bigger than you, then you know you are sick. All of them out together, they cannot stand it.” Wike said.
The FCT Minister further trolled at PDP’s defeat at Edo state while reaffirming his warning against interference into Rivers politics.
“When people said they will put hand here, I told them I’d you come here put hand, hand too go enter their own place. Now dem dey cry.
“Na you go find trouble. Yanga dey sleep, you go wake am.
“Instead of them to concentrate on how to win election in their state, dem dey do meeting for another place to talk about Rivers state. Na who lose now?” Wike pipped.
