Osun State Governor. Ademola Adeleke, has paid a courtesy visit to President Bola Tinubu days after his re-election .
Adeleke who had the Saturday governorship election defeated the All Progressives Congress’ (APC) candidate, Bola Oyebamiji, arrived at the State House, Abuja, on Thursday evening.
He was driven to the forecourt before proceeding to the first floor for a closed-door meeting with the President.

Prior to the meeting Adeleke presented his Certificate of Return to the president.
NPO Reported that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had yesterday presented the certificate to the governor in Osogbo, affirming his re-election and the commencement of another four years tenure.

While the purpose of the meeting was not immediately disclosed, discussions between the two leaders had widely been considered strategic political engagement between the Osun governor and Tinubu.
It is also coming barely a day after the commencement of the campaign for the 2027 General Election.
With Tinubu seeking a second term in office, Adeleke had repeatedly affirm his support for the president’s re-election bid.
