I went, it was pleasant. I came back, it was even more pleasant
Nigerian airline, Air Peace, has expressed joy after flying ex-president, Olusegun Obasanjo on London flight.
The airline shared this in an X post, @flyairpeace on Monday.
The Former President had taken the Lagos-London and London-Lagos flights.
Obasanjo however also expressed his delight to fly with the airline stating that his trips were pleasant.
“It was great having the former President of Nigeria, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, on our Lagos-London and London-Lagos flights “He said: “I went, it was pleasant. I came back, it was even more pleasant”.
“Thank you for flying with us, Your Excellency.” Air peace wrote.
Recall that on March 30, 2024, Air Peace reciprocated the lopsided Bilateral Air Service Agreement (BASA) between Nigeria and the United Kingdom when the local airline began direct flight operations from Lagos to Gatwick Airport in London.
