Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have arrested a former governor of Delta, Dr Ifeanyi Okowa, over alleged N1. 3 trillion fraud. A Federal High Court in Abuja, on Monday, issued an arrest warrant against the Managing Director (MD) of Dana Air, Mr Hathiramani Ranesh, over alleged refusal to appear in court to stand trial.
