The Federal Government has slashed levies on imported vehicles and introduced a new Green Tax as part of a sweeping overhaul of Nigeria’s tariff regime aimed at easing the cost-of-living crisis. The Federal Executive Council (FEC) has approved a comprehensive reform of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), marking the first major review of the scheme since its establishment 53 years ago.
