The Permanent Secretary of the Agency, Dr Olufemi Oke-Osanyintolu, made this known in a statement. According to him, the number was the lowest recorded from January till date. The Director-General of NEMA, Mrs Zubaida Umar, disclosed this at the National Emergency Coordination Forum (ECF) in Abuja on Thursday.
