The National Coordinator of the Coalition for Affordable and Regular Electricity (CARE), Mr Chinedu Bosah has said that the Nigerian electricity sector is facing a grim outlook. Bosah raised the alarm on Wednesday in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN). He said it was essential to address the issues plaguing the industry.
