Ramaphosa made the announcement at the opening of the 11th session of the Nigeria-South Africa Bi-National Commission (BNC) in Cape Town on Tuesday. A 23-year-old ex-convict, Abubakar Bello, momentarily escaped from the Mapo Chief Magistrates’ Court in Ibadan on Tuesday while awaiting another sentencing. This was when the magistrate, Mrs O.O.
