Operative of the Uyo Zonal Directorate of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), have arrested 35 suspects of internet fraud in Abia State. This was contained in a statement by the anti-graft agency on Wednesday. The suspects who were arrested on November 20, 2024 comprise of thirty-four male suspects and one female. They were arrested in an early morning sting operation in Aba, Abia State. Osun State Governor, Ademola Adeleke, has approves the sum of N75,000 minimum wage for the State workers. The 1984 set of alumni of the University of Ilorin (Unilorin) on Tuesday donated a cadaver-simulating machine, known as anatomage table, to the College of Health Sciences of the institution.
