Agency Report The Kaduna State Government (KDSG), said troops had neutralised eight bandits in Birnin Gwari Local Government Area (LGA), of the state. The Overseeing Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, Mr Samuel Aruwan ,confirmed the incident in a statement on Thursday, in Kaduna. Safiu Kehinde In the wake of Joe Ajaero’s agreement to honour Nigeria Police Force invitation over alleged terrorism funding, the Nigeria Labour Congress has threatened to embark on nationwide strike if the Union’s President gets detained. The Union made this stand known earlier today as they accompanied Ajaero to the Abattoir Police Office, Guzape area of Abuja. NPO Reports that the police had last week issued a summon to Ajaero asking him to come forward over the allegations.
