Safiu Kehinde  The House of Representatives have, on Wednesday, commenced consideration of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) 2024 Supplementary Appropriation Bill of a total of N419.8 billion. Following a request by President Bola Tinubu in Abuja, the bill was presented by the Majority Leader, Rep. Julius Ihonvbere (APC-Edo). According to Ihonvbere, N38.06 billion out of the N419.8 billion is for Overhead Costs while the sum of N381 billion is for Capital Expenditure. Agency Report  An Area Court at Centre-Igboro in Ilorin on Wednesday dissolved the Islamic marriage between one Toyin Ajibola and Bashirat Mohammed on grounds of lack of money.
