At least 26 people have died after a boat carrying migrants capsized off Senegal’s coast. Mr Abdul Babatunde, the Director, NCC, Port Harcourt Directorate, disclosed this on Tuesday shortly after an anti-piracy operation within the Port Harcourt metropolis.
