Safiu Kehinde Former Director General of MKO Abiola June 12 Presidential Campaign, Jonathan Zwingina, has reportedly passed away at the age of 70. Zwingina, who also served as a Senate Majority leader reportedly died following a long battle with illness. The Adamawa state-born politician died on Wednesday at Abuja. Safiu Kehinde No fewer than 43 suspected internet fraudsters have been arrested by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in Port Harcourt, Rivers state. This was confirmed in a statement issued on Thursday by the anti-graft agency. As contained in the statement shared on their official X handle, the arrest was carried out by operatives of the commission’s Port Harcourt Zonal Directorate. Three of Tanzania’s leading newspapers have been banned from publishing their online editions after they ran an animation deemed critical of President Samia Suluhu Hassan. The Citizen, Mwananchi and Mwanaspoti newspapers have had their online licenses suspended for 30 days over the viral animated clip, which has since been removed. Safiu Kehinde The Police in Oyo on Thursday arraigned one 45-year-old man, Muideen Oladapo, before an Iyaganku Magistrates’ Court, Ibadan, over an alleged assault.
