The Force Public Relations Officer, CSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi disclosed this at a media briefing in Abuja. Justice James Omotosho, in a judgment, held that Kanu’s suit lacked merit and ought to be dismissed. NPO Reports learnt that Omotosho regained freedom in the early hours of Thursday. It was not clear if any ransom was paid to secure the release of the politician.
