Mr Babatunde Akinbiyi, Spokesperson, Ogun Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Corps (TRACE), confirmed the incident to newsmen on Wednesday. Gov. Uba Sani of Kaduna State has approved the retention of senior government officials of his predecessor, Malam Nasir El-Rufai, to help him run the administration of the state.
