No fewer than seven communities have been submerged by flood in Shiroro Local Government Area of Niger as a result of the ongoing construction of the Zungeru hydro electric power station. Gov. Abubakar Sani-Bello of the state said this during his visit to the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), at the Central Primary School, Gwada. About a week ago NPOReports had reported that the former midfielder slumped in his hotel in Gwolshe, off Tudunwada Ring Road, Jos, Plateau State, and died on March 9, 2022.
