It was gathered that Obasi had been battling with a health challenge for the past eight years. The Peoples Democratic Party on Thursday revealed that it’s presidential primary will be held on May 28 and the winner will emerge May 29th. The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ebonyi has said that the Peoples Democratic Party cannot get the certificate of return for the governor from the Independent National Electoral Commission.
