The charges the cryptocurrency company were filed at the Federal High Court in Abuja. This was disclosed by the Special Adviser (Media) to the Chairman of Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), Mr Dare Adekanbi. The suit is number FHC/ABJ/CR/115/2024 and it directly implicates Binance with a four-count tax evasion accusation. According to a report which is exclusive to Premium Times, Nadeem Anjarwalla, escaped after he was escorted out of the custody on the pretense he wanted to pray.
