By Femi Alabi The United States National Transportation Safety Board has said that law enforcement and eyewitnesses observed the helicopter transporting late Group Chief Executive Officer of Access Holdings Plc, Herbert Wigwe, his wife, son and other business associate engulfed in flames before it crashed. The US National Transportation Safety Board in a preliminary report added that witnesses reported that the weather conditions in the area were ‘not good’ and raining with a snow mix. Bashir Gummi.
