Communal Clash: Adeleke Imposes Another 24-hour Curfew On 2 LGAs By Kamil Opeyemi Governor Ademola Adeleke of Osun State has imposed a 24-hour curfew on Ifon and Ilobu, in Orolu and Irepodun Local Government Areas of the state respectively over ongoing communal clash in the area. The Committee of Vice-Chancellors of Nigerian Universities (CVCNU) has said that Nigerian scholars `especially from the intellectual community’ were not nominated for the 2023 Nobel Prize because of poor research funding.
