Agency Report The Police Command in Lagos State says it has foiled an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) (bomb) attack on residents of Ikeja, Lagos, on Wednesday afternoon. The Command’s spokesperson, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, disclosed this in a statement on Wednesday.
