The Kebbi State Government has condoled with members of immediate families, Yauri Emirate Council, and the Local Government over a boat mishap involving 30 traders. In the ugly accident, 23 people were feared dead. The winners are Pierre Agostini, Ferenc Krausz and Anne L’Huillier. The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) on Monday said it neutrlised several Boko Haram/Islamic States of West Africa Province (ISWAP) terrorists in air strikes in the Tumbuns on the fringes of Lake Chad in Borno. A boat carrying about 22 passengers on board from Kasabu village in Agwara local government area of Niger to Yauri in Kebbi has capsized. Alhaji Salihu Garba, overseeing Director General of the Niger State Emergency Management Agency (NSEMA), disclosed this to the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Minna on Monday.
