The Delta State Police Command has clarified that the use of dreadlocks, wearing of bum shorts, and women moving without a bra are not offences. The state’s Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Bright Edafe made the clarification in a video clip posted on his official X handle on Tuesday. By Halimah Olamide Four persons including a woman and her two children have been killed in Lagos on Tuesday after a car rammed into a tricycle in which they were being transported. Also killed was the driver of the tricycle popularly called Keke Napep. An official of the Lagos State Traffic Management Agency was reportedly chasing a car driver who then ran into the tricycle. The Kebbi State Government has condoled with members of immediate families, Yauri Emirate Council, and the Local Government over a boat mishap involving 30 traders. In the ugly accident, 23 people were feared dead. The winners are Pierre Agostini, Ferenc Krausz and Anne L’Huillier.
