The Taraba Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Jalingo, on Saturday upheld the election of Gov. Agbu Kefas of the Peoples Democratic Party, (PDP), as the governor of the state. The Ondo State Police Command on Saturday said it had rescued eight Christian worshippers who were kidnapped on Friday afternoon by gunmen at Elegbeka in Ose Local Government Area of the state.
