The applicants Incorporated Trustees of Masallacin Idi Shop Owners, Traders Association and 56 others, through their Counsel, Dr Nuraddeen Ayagi, prayed then court for the compensation. Police spokesman in Kwara, CSP Okasanmi Ajayi, stated in Ilorin on Friday that a supervisor at the hotel reported a suspected homicide to the police in Ilorin on Thursday. This is contained in a communiqué issued by the FAAC at its September meeting. The communiqué said that the N1.1 trillion total distributable revenue comprised statutory revenue of N357.398 billion, Value Added Tax (VAT) revenue of N 321.941 billion and Electronic Money Transfer Levy (EMTL) revenue of N14.102 billion. A former gang leader has been charged with Tupac Shakur’s murder in Las Vegas in 1996. Duane “Keffe D” Davis was indicted by a grand jury in Nevada, prosecutor Marc DiGiacomo has told a court.
