Warnings over the safety of OceanGate’s Titan submersible were repeatedly dismissed by the CEO of the company, email exchanges with a leading deep sea exploration specialist show. The President is believed to have forwarded Odumosu’s name to the National Assembly for approval. Egbetokun, who was promoted the police boss on Monday, was decorated in the presence of his wife. Justice Hamza Muazu fixed the date after listening to submisions made by parties in the matter.
