Halimah Olamide President of Dangote Group Aliko Dangote has accused the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority(NMDPRA) of de-marketing its refinery and production. NMDPRA is the Technical and Commercial Regulator of Midstream and Downstream Operations in Nigeria.
