Trouble is brewing in Eruwa, the headquarters of Ibarapa East Local Government of Oyo State as Governor Seyi Makinde has reportedly concluded plans to bring back a deposed Eleruwa of Eruwa, Samuel Adegbola, against the wishes of the people and other contestants for the throne. Adegbola was sacked from the palace by the Supreme Court six years ago after ruling the town for 21 years. The Nigerian Governors’ Forum on Thursday declared their support for the ongoing tax reforms in the country just as they released a revised sharing formula for the Value Added Tax (VAT).
