Agency Report The World Health Organisation (WHO), has recommended a comprehensive set of tobacco cessation interventions, including behavioural support delivered by health-care providers, in its first guidelines on tobacco cessation. Other interventions include digital cessation and pharmacological treatments, the world health body said in a statement on Tuesday. Uche was sentenced for defiling a four year-old-girl. Justice Ramon Oshodi concluded in his judgemen that the prosecution was able to prove the offence of defilement against the convict without reasonable doubt.
