Men of the Rivers command of the Nigeria Police have taken over all the 23 local government secretariat offices in River state. NPO Reported last Friday that the Managing Director of the company that distributes LG and Hisense electronic appliances in Nigeria were kidnapped from the boat in which they were moving near the Falomo, Ikoyi area of Lagos.
