Oladiran said his father, who until his death served in the Oyo State High Court, passed on during a brief illness in a hospital in Ibadan, the Oyo State capital. By Kamil Opeyemi A Deputy Comptroller of the Nigerian Customs Service, Mr. Andrew Essien has died on Tuesday in Abuja after he slumped during a session where was providing insights into the finances and revenues of the Customs. Spokesman of the lower chamber of the National Assembly, Hon. Akin Rotimi, while confirming the tragedy, said the top Customs officer developed health complications during the meeting.
