Justice Emeka Nwite of the Federal High Court, Abuja discharged Gambaryan and his colleague, Nadeem Anjarwalla, who had fled months ago. They were discharged from the alleged tax evasion charge preferred against the company by the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS).
