This was disclosed by the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, Marcus Ogunbiyi, in a statement on Monday in Abuja. As contained in the statement, Ogunbiyi, stressed that if the qualified subscribers failed to meet up with the eight weeks ultimatum, their allocations would be revoked. This was made known in a post on social media by fellow gospel artist, Esther Igbekele, who paid tribute to the deceased on her Instagram page. “A general had fallen” Esther Igbekele had captioned the picture of the late artist.
