An unspecified number of people have been burnt beyond recognition at the Iyana Oworo area of Lagos Sunday evening after a commuter bus caught fire. The cause of the fire was not known at the time of filing this report. But images seen showed many people were trapped in the burnin bus while some people who managed to pull out of the bus still died out of exhaustion and were burnt outside the bus. The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has filed a lawsuit against federal government over its failure to publish details of the agreement recently signed with the United States for the repatriation of $23 million stolen by the late dictator Sani Abacha. It was a bloody day on Friday as terrorists have killed a total of 15 worshippers in a mosque in Bukkuym Local Government Area of Zamfara, North-West Nigeria.
