Residents of the Dolphin Estate Ikoyi Lagos are battling a late night inferno that has engulfed a four storey building.
NPO Reports learnt that as at the time of filing this report, emergency officials had not arrived at the scene even as the fire raged on consuming most part of the building.
The cause of the fire could not be confirmed at press time.
