The West African Examination Council, WAEC, has released the results of the 2026 West African Secondary School Certification Examination, WASSCE.
This was announced in a post shared on the council’s official X handle on Wednesday.
Attached to the post was a link to generate the pin to check the result as well as the link to access the result portal.
‘2026 WASSCE (SC) results have been released. Generate your PIN at waec.org and check your results now on on waecdirect.org.
Recall that the 2026 WASSCE was held in May/June across West Africa.
WAEC in an earlier post explained step-by-step process on how candidates who sat for the examination can get their serial number and pin to check their result.
‘To get your serial number and pin;
‘1. Visit waec.org and select the “serial number and pin” menu at the top of the page.
‘2. Select the appropriate Examination Year and the Diet
‘3. Enter your Examination Number and your NIN (Ensure the NIN is the same one that was used during your WAEC registration).
‘4. Enter your Email and Phone Number to generate a One-Time-Password (OTP)
‘5. Input the OTP to successfully recover your Serial Number and Pin. You can also download your WAEC ID Card to your mobile devices.’ The post read.
