Another huge win for Nigeria and Super Falcons at the ongoing Confederation of African Football (CAF) awards, as Chiamaka Nnadozie, emerged as the 2024 best female goalkeeper.
The Super Falcons and Paris FC shot stopper beats Morocco’s Khadija Er-Rmichi and South Africa’s Andile Dlamini for the crown at the awards night in Marrakech, Morocco.
Renowned for her penalty stopping prowess, Nnadozie was tipped to win the award.
The 24-year-old enjoyed impressive Olympics campaign with the Super Falcons and also helped Paris FC to a third place finish which earned her the player of the season award.
