The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has announced the date for its 304th Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) meeting.
As contained in a notice shared on the apex bank’s official X handle on Tuesday, the MPC meeting is slated to hold on the 23rd and 24th of February 2026.
The event, which is considered the platform where the CBN announces possible change in interest rate and other development in Nigeria’s monetary policy, will take place at the MPC Meeting Room in CBN’s Headquarters, Abuja.
Currently, Nigeria’s interest rate, as announced in the last MPC meeting held in November 2025, stands at 27.0%.
