Tunde was caught by men of the Nigeria Police after being hired to beat up a staff of a Lagos hotel who had warned a customer against smoking at a nonsmoking area of the hotel.
According to Benjamin Hundeyin, spokesperson of the Lagos Command, he said Tunde will face prosecution.
Hundeyin said Tunde had been dismissed since 2000 but has been making people believe he’s a serving military personnel.
He alleged that the suspect “charges N20,000 to bring his boys and beat up anybody for you.”
The force spokesman said, “He was apprehended while he and his boys were beating a hotel staff, a job contracted to him by one of the hotel customers who was asked to stop smoking in a ‘no smoking’ area of the hotel. “
