A music executive K Solo Oyeniyi, has challenged Marlian Records boss, Azeez Fashola (Naira Marley) to come and tell Nigerians what he knows about the death of singer, Mohbad.
He said Naira Marley cannot prove that he has no hands in the death of the singer whose real name was Oladimeji Ileri Oluwa Aloba who died last Tuesday.
The death of Mohbad has sparked series of outrage across the country as many celebrities, Nigerians, music executives are lending their voices to ensure that justice is served.
Speaking in a session titled “Rubbin’ MINDS” on Channels Television, Oyeniyi said;
“As much as I want to call so many people’s names in this. I do not want to jeopardize the investigation of the police and where I might come back to this show is if the police do not swing into action between today and tomorrow. Enough of all these long stories.
“Naira Marley is involved, he can’t tell me he’s not involved. Somebody cannot be under your label and he’s being bullied every day and you never came out to say anything. Yet he’s putting up a statement, that Naira Marley has an involvement in it.
He however urged the Marlian records boss to turn himself in and prove himself innocent of all accusations against him.
“If I were Naira Marley, he should turn up himself, come and defend yourself. Sammy Larry does not even have anything to say, he can be on the run forever.
“So anybody that in his team that is still fooling him and telling him lies they should better stop right now. He needs to come out now and defend himself. Because in the real sense of it, I’m just going to say it by the law and say because he’s still being alleged, it’s not what you can say yet.
“But I can say it to his face, he knows about it, so let him come out and wash himself clean and say I, Naira Marley am not involved in this and let the police us their due diligence.”
