Aims to Transform Edo State

The Governor-elect of Edo State, Monday Okpebholo, has stated that he will start from where ex-Governor, Adams Oshiomole stopped.
He made the assertion while briefing news men.
NPO reports the Independent National Electoral Commission, declared the winner, Okpebholo the winner of the Saturday election in Edo state, with a total vote of 291,667.
He expressed his gratitude to the people of Edo State following his victory at the poll.
He further affirmed that he plans to imitate what Senate President, Godswill Akpabio did in Akwa Ibom State.
“I am very happy, and I thank the Edo people for choosing the right person to do the job. Look, the new Edo is rising. I am here to develop Edo. I want to transform Edo the way it should be.
“I want to tell you that I am starting from where Adams Oshiomhole stopped. I also want to let you also know that I would like to imitate what Akpabio has done in Akwa Ibom State.
“Edo has received a new transformation. By the grace of God, Edo is back again.”
