The Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences on Tuesday announced three joint winners for this year’s prize for Physics.
The winners are Pierre Agostini, Ferenc Krausz and Anne L’Huillier.
According to the Swedish Academy of Science, the award was given for what it called “experimental methods that generate attosecond pulses of light for the study of electron dynamics in matter.”
NPO Reported on Monday that two joint winners emerged for the Nobel Prize for Medicine.
