A Nigerian investment Banking Chief Executive Officer, Obiaraeri Onyeka, has threatened to take legal action against Nigerian local airline, Air Peace, over change in his flight schedule.
This is coming days after the former Edo State Governor, Sen. Adams Oshiomole, clashed with the airline after missing his flight.
NPO Reported that the ex- governor had last week shut the departure terminal and entry terminal of the spot designated to Air Peace at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport (MMIA).
The fiasco had since lead to exchange of words between the duo with Air Peace accusing Oshiomole of assaulting its staff and inconveniencing its customers while the Edo lawmaker accused the airline of extortion and resales of ticket for already-booked spots.
Several Nigerians had also recounted their ordeal with Air Peace and other local airlines.
Also recounting his ordeal in a post on his X handle on Saturday, Obiaraeri vowed to take legal action against Air Peace as he narrated how his flight from Lagos to Asaba was shifted.
The airline would again shift his return flight, which was initially scheduled for 2pm, to 7pm.
“Airpeace get ready for a legal fight. Flight of 9am Lagos to Asaba left 3.47pm. Now flight of 2pm Asaba to Lagos, moved to 7pm. I will join Ibom Air. Enough is Enough.” He wrote.
