*As Media Group Transitions to Terestial Broadcasting
Lasiilkiin Communications, a subsidiary of NASFAT which also owns KIIN Radio 97.5 FM on Sunday opened its offers of shares to raise N300m in equity.
According to the Chairman Board of Directors of the media outfit, the proceed is to fund the company’s transition from an online station to a terestial one.
Gathered at the Conference Hall of the Adas Mall Sunday evening to break the ice on the offer were leaders of NASFAT and board and management of the radio station.
President of the society, Ayodeji AbdulRauf, said this was an opportunity for its members to invest to a tune of 300 million naira.
Dr. Akeem Oyewale, CEO of Marbles Investment, outlined the investment potential of Lasiilkiin Communications. He presented an in-depth SWOT analysis and emphasized the multiple financial rewards awaiting investors.
He said this was a private placement that will end on 15th.
Lasiilkiin Communications was established in May 2018 to provide a voice for the Muslim community.

The NASFAT President praised Isiaq Ajibola-led Board of Directors for their dedication in ensuring the organization’s continuous growth despite various challenges.
Ajibola also appreciated attendees for their presence while harping on the credibility of the board members, stating that their reputation has been instrumental in positioning the company for growth.
He encouraged investors to seize the opportunity to own equity in the company as it embarks on its transformational journey.
In attendance were the NASFAT Chief Missioner, Imam AbdulAzeez Onike; The Secretary, BOT, NASFAT, Oloye Remi Babalola; NASFAT VP 1, Engr. Kamar Olawuyi; NASFAT VP 2, and Alhaji Maruf Ajiroba, among other prominent personalities.
