The Nigeria Railway Corporation has unveiled the new Aremi Olusegun Osoba Train Station in Ibadan.
This was announced via the corporation’s X handle on Tuesday.
The station named named after the former Governor of Ogun State, Olusegun Osoba is located at Olodo area in Ibadan.
The post further affirmed that it is open for operation on its Lagos-Ibadan Train Service.
“Aremo Olusegun Osoba Station (Olodo) is now open for operational use on Lagos- Ibadan Train Service (LITS).” The post read.
This move by the NRC further reflects its commitment to creating easier and flexible commuting.
NPO also reports that the corporation had recently introduced additional train trips on its Lagos-Ibadan Train Service (LITS) route, exclusively for Fridays and Saturday.
