Users of Opay, an online payment platform has announced that its customers will not be able to make transactions until the end of a maintenance process that is about to kick off.
The payment company said the maintenance is to be carried out by its third party providers
A statement released by the company Wednesday evening read: “Dear Esteemed Customers,
“We would like to inform you that our third-party providers are currently upgrading their system.
“During this period,you may experience challenges completing transactions via the Card, the App, and other channels.
“We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
“Thank you for your understanding.”
